Misfit Manor offers a variety of lessons for all ages and riding abilities. You can choose between
• Individual Lessons

• Group Lessons
​• Horse and Cart Driving Lessons

• Equine Therapy 

Lessons are an hour long but always expect to stay longer because there are so many animals to see! Yes! After your lesson, you will have unlimited access to all our farm and exotic animals! Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to groom your horse.  Our lessons are Christian based.  There is NO FEAR in Christ! If there is fear, we take a pause, breathe, pray, and talk about it.

HOMESCHOOL DAYS

Misfit Manor is now offering Homeschooling classes! 

God has offered us many things through nature and there is so so much one could learn outdoors, whether it be farming skills, LIFE skills, math, science, history, or just making new friendships! We want to share all of this with the homeschoolers! 

How will this work? 

Class runs September through May, on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9-12.  Take the opportunity to send your public school children outside to learn as well when on vacation.   Ages 4 and up!  This is a drop off class.

What will the students do? 

Each month will be a different learning topic, a new cooking topic, etc. This is what will be covered: 

- Horse Back Riding

- Horse and Cart Driving 

- Medical care with the Animals (deworming, wound care, etc.) 

- Bible Stories that relate to what the student is learning

- Goat Milking

- Cooking with the milk and fresh eggs (Ice cream, Yogurt, Cheese)

- Farm Chores 

- Play in our commercial sized Bounce House 

- Hatch out Baby chicks 

- Collect and take home fresh eggs and goat milk

- Much more!

1 day: $55

2 days: $82 (second day is half price)

SUMMER CAMP

COST: $285

(Discounts available for multi child sign ups)

Activities will include:
* Daily Bible stories that relate to the animals we are working with

* How to milk a goat

* Water day

​* Baby animals like chicks, piglets, and kids! (Goats)

* Making homemade ice cream and/or cheese with goats milk

* Cart and Pony driving lessons

* Natural horsemanship riding lessons

* Riding games

* Caring for farm animals

* Chicks are always hatching

* Children can take home fresh eggs they collect daily

* Commercial sized bounce house will be set up for all day fun.

Camp cost includes lunch daily, the milk they collect, eggs they find, cheese or ice cream they make, and a baby chick if they are available.

MOMS DAY OUT

CHEESE MAKING AND SOURDOUGH CLASSES 

COST: $85

You’ve seen the kids have fun all this time, so why can’t the parents have fun too? Mom’s day offers the same thing as Summer Camp with just a few differences!
- One day long
- You learn how to cook using home grown herbs with goats milk and/or sourdough

- Kid free (we've got our own)

FARM DAY

​Want to bring your family for some fun? Bring them to us! We’ll have
- Horseback riding and driving
- Interactions with farm animals
- Interactions with baby pigs, chicks, and Maple the Famous Mini Pig
- Interactions with exotic animals like emus and llama
- A commercial size bounce house
- So much more!

We will be offering Hand Goat Milking classes at 9:30, 10, and 10:30a.m. Space is limited.

- $10 per person. Under 2 is free. Which includes:
- 1 horse back ride or cart ride and 1 bucket of grain per customer.
- $10 wrist band gets unlimited horse back rides and cart rides.
- 4x4 vehicles will be asked to park in the front ditch.

This is a 4 day camp help Monday through Thursday from 10am to 3pm. Children will be learning to operate heavy equipment, plumbing, caprentry, welding, and so much more. Every month will host a new topic.  This gives your child, ages 8+ years of age, a chance to learn a skill that can last a life time. Give your loved one this amazing opportunity to join a skills trade camp with Misfit Manor.  Help them discover the hidden talents that may be waiting to be unleashed! Given the nature of this skill trade camp, the class will be limited to 12 students per camp. The added bonus is that your children not only learn a new trade skill, but also get the added enjoyment of all Misfit Manor has to offer. Horseback riding, driving, milking goats, homemade goats milk ice cream and cheese for lunch, emu, llama, cute baby animals, and so much more. Lunch will be served daily.
